Emma qualified from Leeds Dental Institute in 2010 with an Undergraduate Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy. Since then, she has worked in various dental settings treating a wide variety of patients.
Prior to this Emma was a Dental Nurse for 4 years qualifying with an NVQ level 3, this was when her passion for dentistry began. Emma loves the work she does, caring for patients and educating them on how best to maintain their oral and general health. She enjoys keeping up to date with her knowledge and skills and attends various courses every year to maintain this.
In her spare time, Emma loves to help at various animal rescues and has a particular passion for dogs.
She enjoys travelling and seeing different places as well as keeping fit with walking and yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
Reading is a big hobby; she can often be found curled up somewhere with a good book.
Emma loves working as a member of the Shadwell Dental Care team and playing her part in offering a high level of service and care to the patients.
